We would all agree that our social calendars have been completely disrupted during this time. Although we are hopeful to return to normal in the upcoming year, we are still in a holding pattern when it comes to returning to pre-COVID-19 social calendars. Research proves staying socially connected promotes healthy aging, enriches our lives and combats feelings of isolation.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused 2020 to be a challenging and chaotic year. It was a year where face-to-face interaction was minimal, a year where we spent way too much time at home and got to know our family really well, and a year where our exercise routines went out the window.
